My thread doesn't count but just for fun I have seen nine of the past winners. I would have to say Forrest Gump is my favorite. Every time I'm channel surfing and find it on I always find myself stopping to watch it. Life is like a box of chocolates!

I've only seen 4, and my favorite would have to be Forrest Gump. I love funny movies, and it was definitely funny. I loved all the things that happened that were related to something else, like the whole 'Sh*t Happens' phenomenon that he supposedly started!

I've seen 12 from the list and my favorite is Crash.   That movie had everyone talking and it brought social issues to the forefront of discussions.  It was shocking, riveting and very well made.

I have seen 12 of them and Forrest Gump is my favorite.  It's just a feel good movie, no violence, nudity or any kind of bad behavior.  It's the kind of movie that you wouldn't worry if your kids saw.  Plus, I just love Tom hanks, he never makes a bad movie!

My sister is a film major and we sit down to any movie to rate it. It is are favorite thing to do together. I love just about any type of movie, I can not watch a horror movie just before bed though, I can't get to sleep. I hear things, lol. It drives everyone crazy!

I have to say, I have seen 10 of them and so far Braveheart is my favorite. it shows just how far a man will go to protect what he loves, such as my husband has done for our family in the past and continues to do so daily.

I've seen15 of these movies and would have a hard time saying which is my favorite.  Toss up between Gladiator, Forest Gump and Braveheart. Tom Hanks and Russel Crow are two of my favorite actors and Mel Gibson out did himself in Braveheart.
